1. If the equipment is kept for a long time, dust will stick to the machine (except for the dust-free production workshop). We need to keep the equipment clean. The diffusion of dust into the equipment will affect the accuracy of the equipment.
2. The equipment stage is made of glass. Although the glass is not easy to scratch, there will be small scratches over time. After many scratches, the measurement effect will be affected. Therefore, the sample should be handled with care. If there are stains on the paint surface, you can wipe it with neutral detergent and clean water (so is the cover glass). You can not wipe the paint surface with organic solvent, otherwise the surface will lose luster.
3. The guide rail, screw rod and other transmission mechanisms of the instrument shall be regularly added with an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to make the mechanism move smoothly and maintain a good service state. If there is no lubricating oil, the wear will affect the accuracy of the equipment.
4. Measurement software calibration: users only need daily pixel calibration. The accuracy of the workbench has been compensated by science and technology construction company. Do not change it by yourself, otherwise the measurement results will be affected.
5. The equipment needs to be placed in a vibration free environment. If the vibration is too large, the measurement accuracy of the equipment will be reduced. When the frequency is less than 10Hz, the amplitude of surrounding vibration shall not exceed 2μM (peak peak difference); When the frequency is between 10Hz and 50Hz, the acceleration shall not exceed 0.4gal. If the vibration exceeds these limits, anti vibration measures should be taken (e.g. installation of vibration dampers).
6. Grounding: the motor and driver of the equipment shall not be affected by static electricity during operation. The grounding interface behind the base shall be provided. Moreover, when using 2.5-dimensional power supply, the wall power supply shall be provided with grounding wire, and the wire socket shall also be provided with grounding wire.
7. Equipment do not open the dimensional electric box at will. If you need to open it, please contact the LIYI company and operate under the guidance of the after-sales engineer.
8. The computer is a 2.5-dimensional dedicated computer. Please do not use it for other office or game purposes.
9. Equipment dimension will greatly affect the grasping of the measuring instrument and the measurement accuracy in the strong light or direct sunlight environment.
10. The instrument shall be kept clean and dry in the laboratory or production workshop (Room temperature 20 ℃± 5 ℃ and humidity lower than 60%),
11. The screws and fastening screws have been fixed (Except for moving the handle). The customer shall not disassemble them by himself. If necessary, please contact the after-sales engineer of LIYI company to disassemble them by himself, resulting in 2.5-dimensional failure or reduced accuracy. It is personal damage, so it is not within the scope of warranty.
12. The 2.5-dimensional LED light source has a long service life, but when a bulb burns out, it needs to be replaced by professionals.
13. When the instrument is not used for a long time, please turn off the power supply of the socket and use it after a long time. If the machine cannot be started, please open the electric box under the guidance of the after-sales engineer of LIYI company to check the air switch status of the protection.
