It mainly used to sterilize cooked food, water, Face Masks, Protective Clothing, Gloves, Straws, Protective Goggles etc.
Working Principle:
The ultraviolet sterilizing band is mainly between 200nm and 300nm, among which 253.7nm has the strongest bactericidal ability. When various bacteria and viruses in water or air are exposed to the sun's ultraviolet rays through the area (253.7 nm wavelength), the ultraviolet rays penetrate the cell membrane and nucleus of the microorganisms, destroying the molecular bonds of nucleic acid (DNA or RNA), making them lose the ability to replicate or inactivated and dies, and kills all bacteria and viruses without using any chemicals. The germicidal lamp does not need to be converted into visible light, and the wavelength of 100-200nm can have a good bactericidal effect. This is because the cells absorb light in a regular manner. The absorption of ultraviolet rays at 100-200nm is the largest, and the absorbed ultraviolet rays actually act on Cell genetic material or DNA, which acts as a heterochromatic effect, ultraviolet photon energy is absorbed by DNA base pairs, causing mutations in genetic material, causing bacteria to die instantly or unable to reproduce, and achieve the purpose of sterilization.
