Yes, we are one of China's professional manufacturers of customized industrial drying ovens, hot air ovens, laboratory ovens, vacuum ovens, universal tensile testing machines, environmental climatic chambers, and muffle furnaces. All machines include a 12-month warranty after shipment, with free maintenance during this period. We extend an additional 2 months to account for sea transportation. For technical issues, contact us via email or phone for troubleshooting support, with solutions typically provided within 24-48 hours.
What are your delivery terms?
Standard machines are typically available from warehouse stock. For out-of-stock items, delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt. We accommodate urgent orders with special arrangements.
