Yes, we are one of China's professional and largest manufacturers of customized industrial drying ovens, hot air ovens, laboratory ovens, vacuum ovens, universal tensile testing machines, environmental climatic chambers, and muffle furnaces. Every machine purchased from our factory includes a 12-month warranty after shipment, with free maintenance during this period. We extend an additional 2 months warranty consideration for sea transportation. If your machine requires service, contact us via email or phone. We'll diagnose issues through conversation or video chat and provide solutions within 24-48 hours.
What are your delivery terms?
Standard machines are typically available from warehouse stock. If not in stock, delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt for standard models. We can arrange expedited delivery for urgent requirements.
