Thermal Shock Test Chamber is the perfect testing machine of electronic components, metal, chemical materials, automation components, communication module, national defense industry, aerospace industry, BGA, PCB substrate, electronic chip IC, semiconductor ceramic and high polymer materials.
Characteristics
1. Short temperature recovery time
The maximum temperature recovery time at upstream air for 2 zone test (+150°C and -65°C) and 3 zone test is only 5 min.(10 min. for TSA-201S and TSA-301L)

Horizontal air flow system offers excellent specimen temperature uniformity.
