All machines purchased from our factory come with a 12-month warranty after shipment. We typically offer 12 months of free maintenance, with an additional 2-month extension to account for sea transportation.
If your machine requires service, you can contact us via email or phone. We will diagnose the problem through conversation or video chat if necessary, and provide a solution within 24 to 48 hours after confirming the issue.
2. What are your delivery terms?
Standard machines are typically available from stock. For non-stock items, delivery time is usually 15-20 working days after receiving deposit payment. We can make special arrangements for urgent orders.
3. Do you accept customization requests? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, we offer both standard and customized machines according to your specifications. We provide OEM and ODM services, including adding your logo to the equipment.
