Every machine purchased from our factory comes with a 12-month warranty after shipment. We offer 12 months of free maintenance, with an additional 2 months extension to account for sea transportation.

If your machine isn't working, you can email or call us. We'll diagnose the problem through conversation or video chat if necessary, and provide a solution within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation.

2. What's the delivery term?

For standard machines, we typically have stock available. If not in stock, delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt. For urgent needs, we can make special arrangements.
